Thankyou Phil, soooooooo very much for shrinking that new profile photo for me, I like the black top, quite effective.
Life is walking along nicely at the moment, its strangely raining today. Weather is usually stinking hot by now, saying that it will probably be mid 20's to 30 degrees C, all week. I havn't done much this weekend, got my grocery shopping done, went for run, (run was struggle, always get stomach cramps in last lap) I think I had better get into habit of eating more fruit. As it stands, I hardly ever eat any fruit, which is pretty unhealthy of me and probably not doing my stomach any favours.
Am currently cleaning up house, I have alot to do, have done half my handwashing and shall get stuck into my bedroom next. I dug up some old warhammer models of mine, I only have 8 and they are only half painted, when I get a free moment, I think I will finish painting them, probably not for a few weeks yet.

I am soooo tired. Night fill went on a bit later than usual, so I was almost dragging my knuckles when I had to get up at 6am to do my stores job. I have been training this guy all week and today had to look lively and go to a rather important meeting, as well as return to do more training.
I even struggled to do my run, I was really puffing and feeling exhausted. Skipped and did workout (arms and pecs).
Phil, I hope things start looking up for you soon, I hope your big heart can mend itself a little, at least enough for you to blog again and get your head back into those heavy maths books.
Math is your best friend, and its probably hurting that your not paying it the attention you used to.
Take care.

wooh yeah.
6pm,I went running 20 mins
walked 10 mins
skipped 65 seconds, sheesh I was buggered, five extra seconds nearly gave me a heart attack.
workout 10 mins.
then at 8.30pm played volleyball.
Caught up with an old friend, who is blowing my party plans for the 5th of November. I have a party planned for 5th of November, a welcome home party for one of our friends, who've been away for awhile. So now I have to send out a group email and see if they don't mind having the bbq the following week?????????
I'm not too worried, these things happen, and everything happens for a reason and something tells me, its all going to work out anyway.

Hey, I went to a farewell party last night and didn't drink any alcohol. All I had was lemon, lime and bitters and lots of food. I feel good, a little empowered, yay. But thats not the news, I also met a guy who had just travelled from Canada (about 3 weeks ago) is staying here with some friends. I was telling him, about how I knew a little about Canada, because I met you guys. So it was pretty good, because I wasn't an airhead, when it came to knowing the cities and beautiful tourist spots of Canada.
He said he wants to live in Australia, he's trying to get a job and live here, he loves the warm weather, Its been warm here since, mid september and lusciously warm too. I said, that its funny how Canadians are a bit like Australians, quite laid back and get on with it. I was saying how my friends have been to Canada and like it there, and its reciprocated by the canadians when they come here. I hope, its not too boring here for him. But I guess, it is what you make of it.
Its hard to get Australians worked up, we're too busy drinking beer at the beach, so I wouldn't worry about the bird thing. I didn't run yesterday, or workout, so I had best haul some serious arse today.

Phil, that banner kicks arse, I love checking it out each time I start up my blog.
Ran 20 minutes, am getting better, am coping with the run, not stumbling and wheezing for air.
I think its because I have started doing workouts, my workout sessions are really getting the pulse going and the workout is strengthening my muscles, and thats why I am not stumbling as much when I go running, I actually feel like I am springing along when I run. YEEEEAH. KICK ARSE.
Skipped 60 seconds. (possibly also helping my cardio, its definately making my calf muscles ping)
Workout 10 mins.
I have taken a day off work tomorrow. Am heading into uni to re-enrol for 2006 semester 1. This is top level secret, because it means I am going to probably have to snatch my job at the stores.
Oh goodness, what a funny song. All of you in Canada, have you heard of the band 'The Streets' with Mike Skinner, I am listening to a song by them, with a chorus called 'your fit, but you know it' he is one funny bugger that Mike Skinner.

ok, I went jogging again, I run for probably20 minutes and walk to and from my running spot 5 minutes either side of run. I don't just run the flat, I go up and down two hills before reaching the huge park, then walk fast, back up and down the hills all the way home (puffing my guts out). Tonight though, there was some creepy guy following me so once I got far enough over the first hill (just out of eyeshot), I sprinted like a mad woman for about 300 metres, I was sooo buggered, as it was at the end of my regular jog. Then I was soo buggered trying to do my skip, and struggled to do my work out too, but pushed myself to do it none the less.
The work out I do, I think is quite hard, Phil, it is using small dumbells, but, you have to hear the but. This lady who wrote up the work out, makes you use all this isometric tension, so your not allowed to relax and as your muscle builds the work out gets harder, because your muscles are continuously working against eachother, constantly. Believe me Phil, I am in absolute agony, I do 3 sets of 8 reps of all the exercises, except butt exercises, I do 10 cause my butt needs it.
If I could get the pictures of the workouts on my pc, I will post them up. Phil, thankyou for the advice, I think, like you pointed out, diet is important. I really need to tidy up my diet, I am trying to increase my cardio work outs, but I think the fact I eat crap is why I am struggling with the cardio.

I think I pushed myself too hard today. I went for my jog and then a 60 second skipping session, then a work out. At the end of the work out my legs got all cramped and started locking up, it went away, so I downed some juice, then water and ate some dried apricots, because I thought maybe my muscles need sugar or something. I couldn't even do warm down stretches. I am ok now, but I bet, tomorrow morning I am going to have the sorest legs.

Ergh, another day of struggling to finish my jog. I wonder if its because of what I eat. Today I had a bowl of muesli with yoghurt and orange juice at 7am, then at 11am I had a chocolate bar from the vending machine, at 12.30pm I had a roast lamb roll, with bread pudding coated in custard and cream, I washed that down with an apple juice, then I just had a cup of tea at 3pm and went home at 5pm, then went jogging at 6pm. I wonder if I should force myself to eat fruit, its just that it never feels filling and I want to eat pasta and bacon and icecream instead. I guess when I get older I wont be able to get away with such a crappy diet, because I will start packing on the kilos. Just then 7.15pm I had a piece of mars bar slice and am getting motivated to cook pasta with vegies for dinner. The pasta I cook, is actually quite healthy I don't use creamy, oily sauces, all I do is buy plain pasta, boil it up, strain out the water and tip in a can of tomatoe chunks (the can tomatoes are really fresh, no oils, just tomatoes in their juices, spiced with garlic and basil) I always steam the vegies and wash it down with juice. I guess my diet during the day is quite crap, because I don't have the energy to pack a lunch, so I always buy my meals and when I'm buying meals I always go for the cheap crap, such as roast lamb rolls.

went for my run, its strange how some days it seems like a real struggle to get to the end, others I could almost go a little further. Tonight I havn't done my workout either, I am cooking a roast and its making me so hungry, I put holes all through the meat and stuff them with garlic and rosemary and it smells sooo yummy, I am salivating too much.

I like this picture better, as I dont look too much like a gumby like in the other photo.

This makes me look a bit plump with the angle, I don't care there is worse things going on in this world, than my photo angles.
I am all ready to go to a hockey presentation in the city at one of the hotels, the effort us girls go to, to look good for our guys.
Work is ok.
My best friend who has been working as a nurse in London, will be in town to catch up, so I am very excited about catching up again. She has been over there for the last 3 years.
Take care everyone.

What a bugger, I wanted to put a picture in my post, but i guess, its just not going to work. I have been trying for the past week, to get a picture to upload, it says its uploading it and the little green squares are completely across the white bar, I leave the room for half an hour and its still apparently uploading. This is crazy, crazy, crazy.
Been very busy couple of weeks, I got way too alcoholized (I don't think thats a real word, but it seems to fit what I'm describing) at the grand final party, ran up and down the mountains near my mum and dads farm. Went to the local vineyard (again near mum and dads farm) and tasted some of the nice wine, took wine back to mum and dads and had a bbq with wine.
Came back to Perth (big smoke) and feel like I am still sobering up from the excess alcohol consumption, then last night I gave into more wine, I swear I have got to cut back (this will be hard with the oncoming summer silly season, fast approaching.
Out to space.
