Michelle's Things

I catch myself in disbelief that I jumped out of an aeroplane on saturday. What a moment in my life.
Its incredible and a many different feelings twirling through your heart and head at the same time.
I almost couldn't breathe, found out later it was due to tight clothing and being whinded in the chest by the upforce of air pushing past me.
Being of smaller build than most, I had not told the sky dive company that I had an accident in the past which makes the sternum of my rib cage squish in considerably more than a normal person when under force. I didn't want to let the group down by not being able to honour my chance of parachuting, due to previous injury.
Being said, my lesson is learn't, will be more careful with future adventures, as the harness could have been loosened to help my breathing on the way down.
Ok shall chat again soon.
Hope you are all keeping well.
I am off to make my eyes bleed over trig which is not making sense to me. I hope its not my mind putting up mental brick walls in disbelief of overwhelming mathematical relationships.
There you go, I said 'overwhelming' which sums up my problem, so, I will work to reduce my attitude of allowing myself to feel overwhelmed.
