Michelle's Things

Monday, September 05, 2005

hoo, its monday, I went for a jog after work and managed to do two complete laps of this rather large oval/multiple soccer pitch/big grassy arena, usually I get a bit puffed and stop to catch my breath for about 20 metres. I even pushed myself a little further at the end (an extra 20 metres) hee hee. I do some skipping and some weights. Am keen to eat, have some pasta on the stove, with vegies. Its ok, I don't add creamy sauces, its just pasta, which I mix with a can of tomatoes (spiced with garlic and basil), a teaspoon of olive oil (to keep pasta from sticking together) and some steamed vegies. I usually get away with eating heaps of crap, I have quite high metabolism and eat heaps of food and easily get headaches and diziness if I skip meals.
Well I must get back into doing my math homework myself, I went to drop out, but the school said I could be a background student, meaning I don't need to sit any exams. I am one whole term behind, not to mention the work for this semester eeek. At least now I have a decent exercise plan, I actually feel good after my runs, so hopefully this will help me concentrate, one more thing I have to do, is buy an airconditioner, because it was hell trying to concentrate last year in 40 degree celsius heat, its buggered.
