sorry, its been a while. Well have managed to jog, friday, saturday, monday and tonight once I finish this post. Skipped sunday, due to the fact I had a huge night on the amber sauce, whilst down at the rugby, watching the Australian Wallabies play the South African Springboks, it was an excellent game, unfortunately Australia lost by a measley 3 points. I recommend it for anyone, the players are honest sportsman, they don't argue with the ref and play fair at all times. Ok I had better get moving, so I can get my run in before it gets too dark.
