Big weekend, had a quiz night on Saturday, which I wasn't real keen on, was asked to scribe and I ended up answering most of the questions. The club was auctioning a few things off, hats, chairs etc, I bought half a six pack of beer together with one of my boyfriends mates, polished that off along with a fair bit of other beer. All round it was actually quite a good night.
Watched Bad Santa on dvd, that was pretty funny, I recommend it, only if your not easily offended.
So lots of late nights and then got to work late and was seedy and tired and forgot all about the open day, where I had to take a group of school students around the ****** ______ labs. I've left out words here for a reason. All round though they were quite sensible, a bit loud but took instructions and this made things smooth all round. I put it down to fact, that they are year 11 TEE students with one year before TEE exams, usually these kids are alot more serious and come along to these open days because they are genuinely interested. I actually found the chemists talks quite interesting, they had some cool dna tests and all sorts of stuff.
